FREE DRINKING WATER IS A HUMAN RIGHT, AGAIN IT SHOULD BE FREE. POLICE PROTECTION SHOULD ALSO BE FREE AS THIS IS A HUMAN RIGHT BUT IT HAS TO BE PAID FOR IN THIS CURRENT SYSTEM BUT THIS AND ALL UTILITIES ARE FREE IN EQUILLIBRIUMS SYSTEM AND FUEL FOR MOTOR VEHICLES WILL ALSO BE FREE, CLOTHING IS ANOTHER HUMAN RIGHT AND FREE NEW CLOTHING SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL.
